Cold Setting Fly Ash Brick

Advantages / Salient Technical Features
• Depending upon the quality of fly ash, up to 70%
content fly ash can be used in manufacturing of bricks
and Compressive strength of fly ash bricks can be
achieved up to 120Kg/Cm2. . No/less corner breakage
compared to conventional bricks. Dusting of bricks is
controlled.

Problem being addressed
• Solid waste utilization i.e Fly ash from Thermal power
plants/ Industries utilized in Brick Manufacturing.

Environmental Considerations (if any)
• No Impact on environment rather waste is utilized so Commercialization Status
environment friendly • Licensed to 17 MSMEs and 4 major indus-
tries in the country.
